But some customers are using laser cutting machine to cut out many burrs. Many people think that the quality problems of laser cutting machine.
In the process of sheet metal processing, the gas purity and parameter settings of laser cutting machine will affect the final machining effect. The device plus gas + parameter is adjusted to the best, and the workpiece cut out is not burr.

How does the burr come into being?
In fact, the burr is too much residue on the surface of a metal material. When the laser cutting machine processes the workpiece, the laser beam irradiates the high energy generated on the workpiece surface, which makes the surface of the workpiece vaporized quickly and evaporates to achieve the purpose of cutting. But there is a core device that we have to pay attention to, that is, the auxiliary gas.
The auxiliary gas is when the workpiece surface irradiation after gasification, blew the slag on the surface of workpiece, without the use of auxiliary gas, slag after cooling, will form a burr attached to the cutting plane. The purity of gas is high, and it can be changed to a gas supplier with better quality. The purity of gas is very critical. It is better not to use cylinder gas, because after two times of filling, the purity is not good, and the gas is also wasted.
Another reason is the quality problem of the equipment itself, as well as the parameter setting factors. So when the customer is buying the laser cutting machine, it is necessary for the professional engineer to debug the equipment well. The parameters of cutting are best tuned, and the parameters such as air pressure, flow rate, focal length and cutting speed have to be adjusted many times. The parameters supplied by machines can not cut out beautiful workpieces.
If a piece of material has burr, the material can be qualitatively inferior, the more the burr, the lower the quality.

In particular, when the laser cutting machine has burr, it can be checked and solved from the following aspects.

1, there is a deviation in the upper and lower positions of the focus of the beam.

The solution: adjust the position of the focus, and adjust it according to the position of the offset.

2, the output power of the laser cutting machine is not enough.

Solution: check the work of the laser cutting machine is normal. It is not normal to repair and maintain in time. If normal, check whether the output value is correct.

3, the cutting speed of the cutting machine is too slow.

Solution: adjust and improve the speed of wire cutting in time.

4. The purity of the auxiliary gas of the cutting machine is not enough.

The solution is to explain the improvement of the purity of the auxiliary gas.

5, the increase of the laser beam of the cutting machine has been offset.

Solution: focus on the debugging, timely adjustment

6, the laser cutting machine operation time is too long and the instability.

The solution: turn off the machine and reboot the machine.
