Analysis of common faults——The Laser source of Laser Cutting Machine does not shine
In the use of laser cutting machine,Perhaps you will encounter the case of the laser source of  cutting machine laser does not shine. in the event of such failure, the first thing to do is to check the machine itself, you can follow the following 5 steps.

1.Check the water cycle, make the water cycle be normal, if the water protection is broken, short water protection can be used.
2.Point preset to see if the current meter is oscillating, if not swinging, with a multimeter measuring laser power supply, there is no 220V into the power, if there is no light, the power failure may need to be replaced.
3.Put the power on the GND ground and P water protection sub test water protection is bad,make the +5v and AIN short, check the output maximum power, if shine,potentiometer is broken, need to be replaced.

4.If you open the program is not shine, you can use the universal meter to measure 15 (H) or 16 (L) angle and 14 angle there is no more than 3v DC voltage, if there is, that card is normal, there is no card signal problems.
5. Laser source power inside the sound, usually for the power connector bad contact, re-welding or connection, then the power inside the dust blowing.
