The main reason is that the rigidity of the synchronous belt is low, the resonance frequency is low, and the long distance of the screw itself has a larger inertia, and there is more deformation, especially when the motor capacity is too small, it is easier to start vibration. At the same time, the assembly process and the quality of the material will also affect the resonance of the machine.
3. mechanical jitter
The real problem is the natural frequency of mechanical dither, usually more appear in the single end fixed beam structure, especially in the deceleration stage performance is particularly evident. Low frequency jitter in the workpiece will show a large wave like shape, higher frequency jitter will have serrated shape.
4. mechanical internal stress, external force and other factors
Due to the difference of mechanical materials and installation, the mechanical internal stress and static friction force of each transmission shaft on the equipment may be inconsistent. If the equipment involved in a shaft stress axis interpolation control of static friction or greater, will to some extent consume servo torque caused by the shaft speed is slow, resulting in machining deformation. Usually we can observe the internal stress of the transmission shaft by the waveform curve generated by the servo driver feedback.
The force acting on the shaft is similar. General plate cutting machine, the shaft and the workpiece is non-contact, and may be limited by the external force. But some pipe cutting machines, the shaft will participate in the interpolation when cutting, while the other axis is generally non-contact. At this point, due to the impact of the fixture, the tube will produce a reverse force, so that the two axis force involved in the interpolation control is inconsistent, the effect of cutting will certainly be affected.
5. CNC system factors
In some cases, the servo debugging effect is not obvious, at this time may be involved in the regulation of the control system. In laser cutting machines, the line speed is usually constant, and the speed is the same at both the straight line and the curve. This is not a big problem in linear motion, but in the curve, especially in the processing of small size arc, it may be caused by excessive acceleration resulting in deformation of the contour.
